Stuffed Lamb with EVOO Flavour Bomb

Add amazing flavour to this lamb roast or any cooked meat with this simple olive oil herb flavour bomb.

PRE TIME 5 minutes + freezing time
SERVINGS 5-6 people


  • Fresh Herbs – including any floppy ones (like Mint and Thyme)
  • 1 large tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp freshly Ground Peppercorns
  • Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil to fill your container
  • Deboned Lamb Roast


    1. Find a plastic container that you can create the flavour bomb in. Fill with the herbs, salt and pepper and cover with Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place the lid on and freeze until solid (approx 2-3 hours).
    2. Once frozen, place in the middle of the lamb and use bamboo skewers to hold the lamb together. Cook the lamb as you like.

      NOTE: You can use the flavour bomb for any meal, just cut off what you need!
